All payments are processed securely through Shopify and trusted payment providers.

We do not store or have access to your full payment details. Once a payment is completed, we receive confirmation so we can begin your order.

If you have any concerns about a transaction, you can also contact your payment provider for assistance.

StillWood creates handcrafted memorial urns made to order.

Each piece is built individually based on your selection, using solid hardwood and traditional craftsmanship.

All orders are made to order.

Production begins shortly after purchase.
If you need to cancel, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

Payment is collected at checkout so we can begin building your piece without delay.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.

Delivery times may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our work and carrier conditions. If anything comes up, we’ll do our best to help.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, returns are limited once production has begun.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours.

Photos of the item and packaging will help us resolve it quickly. We’ll work with you to find the right solution.
