We want every StillWood customer to feel confident in the memorial urn they choose for their loved one. Each piece is handcrafted with care, and our goal is that when your urn arrives, it feels even more beautiful and meaningful than you expected.

If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Returns Policy

Unused items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 45 days of delivery.

Because StillWood urns are memorial items handcrafted from solid hardwood, the following conditions apply:

• The urn must be unused
• Urns cannot be returned once cremated remains have been placed inside
• Personalized or engraved urns cannot be returned

We do not charge a restocking fee.

How to Return an Item

Step 1 — Contact Us

Please Contact us with your name, order number, and the item you would like to return. You can reach us at studio@stillwoodcraft.com

Step 2 — Ship the Item Back

Repackage the urn carefully using the original packaging if possible so it arrives safely.

Return Shipping

If a return is required due to a defect, damage, or shipping error, StillWood will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically completed within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your urn for another model, please contact us within 45 days of delivery.

The original item must be unused, and must not have had cremated remains placed inside.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once the original item is received and inspected, we will arrange the exchange for the new item.
