Because wood is a natural material, it is not intended for long-term underground conditions. For that reason, this piece is best suited for keeping your loved one close, in a calm and personal space.

All StillWood urns are handcrafted and shipped from our workshop in Beaumont, Southern California.

No. StillWood pieces are only available through our official website.

We do not sell on Amazon, Etsy, or other marketplaces. If you come across similar listings elsewhere, they are not associated with our workshop.

Yes. By federal law, funeral homes must accept urns purchased from any source.

You are not required to buy an urn directly from a funeral home in order for it to be used.

Once the returned piece is received and inspected, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.

If there is any issue with your order, please reach out — we will make it right.

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery, provided the urn has not been used.

Due to the personal nature of memorial items, returns cannot be accepted once ashes have been placed inside.
