Yes. By federal law, funeral homes must accept urns purchased from any source.
You are not required to buy an urn directly from a funeral home in order for it to be used.
Once the returned piece is received and inspected, a full refund is issued to your original payment method.

We accept returns within 45 days of delivery, provided the urn has not been used.
